On April 30, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and the All-China Youth Federation jointly awarded the 2025 New Era Youth Pioneer Award, with 677 people nationwide receiving the award. The final assembly workshop of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Jinan Truck Co., Ltd., the grader team of the No. 2 main plant of Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., the final assembly line 2 of Weichai Power's Lovol Intelligent Agriculture wheeled machinery factory, and the overseas high-end product development team of Zhongtong Bus Holding Co., Ltd. were awarded the "Shandong Provincial Worker Vanguard Unit".
On the occasion of the upcoming May 1st International Labor Day, Shandong Heavy Industry Group held its 8th Labor Model Commendation Symposium. The meeting focused on studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the commendation conference for national labor models and advanced workers celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The symposium commended labor models from various fronts and enterprises within the group, encouraging all cadres and employees to learn from, respect, and strive to become labor models. Discussions also covered the group's in-depth implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, the selection and commendation of labor models, and the building of strong Party branches.
