Lin Xueqi, Vice President of the Shandong Provincial Party School (Shandong Administrative College), gave a special lecture, and Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Party School of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, provided guidance on studying the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party.
Lin Xueqi delivered a special lecture titled "Providing Strong Motivation and Institutional Guarantee for Chinese-style Modernization - Interpretation of the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party," systematically interpreting the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party from the theme of further comprehensively deepening reform, major principles, and major measures, providing guidance and assistance for the broad students to deeply understand and grasp the spirit of the Congress.
Ye Jianjun delivered a speech on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party to all students. He elaborated on the significant meaning, rich connotation, and spiritual essence of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party, focusing on the interpretation of deepening state-owned assets and state-owned enterprise reform, improving the Party's leadership level in further comprehensively deepening reform, and promoting Chinese-style modernization. He also put forward specific requirements for Shandong Heavy Industry Group to comprehensively promote Party building: grasping "one positioning," insisting on Party leadership, and strengthening Party building as the glorious tradition of state-owned enterprises, the "root" and "soul" of state-owned enterprises, and the unique advantage of state-owned enterprises; playing well the "three roles," namely the leadership role of the Party Committee in "setting direction, managing the overall situation, and ensuring implementation," the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress, and the exemplary role of Party members; focusing on the "five major constructions," implementing ideological construction, organizational construction, style construction, institutional construction, and disciplinary construction; learning the "two major methods," combining Party leadership with the corporate governance system and mechanism, and deeply integrating Party building work with enterprise production and management.
