According to the unified arrangement of the Provincial Party Committee, on the morning of August 17, a report meeting of the Provincial Party Committee's propaganda team to study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held at Shandong Heavy Industry Group. Man Shengan, a member of the Provincial Party Committee's propaganda team, Secretary and Director of the Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, delivered a propaganda report. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary and Director of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, presided over the report meeting.
At the report meeting, Man Shengan closely combined the actual reform and development of Shandong's state-owned assets and enterprises with the spirit of the plenary session, systematically interpreting and deeply explaining the spirit of the plenary session from six aspects: "deeply understanding the pioneering, epoch-making, and milestone significance of the plenary session, earnestly comprehending General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the plenary session, systematically grasping the major measures for further comprehensive deepening of reform, carefully planning the policies and measures for deepening the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises, always firmly advancing the confidence and determination to deepen the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises in Shandong, and continuously creating a new situation for the high-quality development of Shandong Heavy Industry."
Man Shengan emphasized that studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a major political task for the entire party and the country at present and in the future. State-owned assets and enterprises at the provincial level must comprehensively study, fully grasp, and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress, effectively transforming the results of learning into practical actions and work effectiveness to strengthen, optimize, and expand state-owned capital and enterprises, and strive to make new and greater contributions to writing the chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Shandong.
Man Shengan requested that Shandong Heavy Industry Group should take the lead and set an example in implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress, find more creative points of focus, combinations, and breakthroughs for implementation, deepen reforms with pragmatic measures, accelerate innovation, and focus on development. It is necessary to unite efforts to promote development, firmly shoulder the mission of "leading the way and taking on heavy responsibilities," accelerate the construction of a technology-leading, green development, world-class multinational industrial equipment group; shift gears to strengthen the engine, cultivate and grow new quality productivity, and press the "accelerator" for transformation and upgrading towards green, new, and intelligent; take advantage of the situation to go out, expand high-level opening up, integrate global resources for our use, and look to the global market for expansion; focus on internal management, improve the modern corporate governance system, and enhance the institutionalization, standardization, scientific, efficient, and normative level of operational management; persistently build teams, implement the first project of strengthening enterprises with talent, create a vibrant talent ecosystem, and continuously enhance the sense of belonging, gain, happiness, and security of the majority of employees; and clearly emphasize politics, strengthen the foundation of party building in state-owned enterprises, promote high-quality development to a new level, and achieve new breakthroughs.
After the propaganda, Man Shengan went to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Jinan Special Vehicle Company for research, held discussions with grassroots party workers and frontline craftsmen and technicians, conveyed the spirit of the 20th National Congress face-to-face, and gained an in-depth understanding of the construction of grassroots party organizations, production and operation, talent cultivation, and employee service and guarantee.
