Man Shengan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and Liu Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Weifang Municipal Committee and Mayor, attended the off-line ceremony.

Before the event, Man Shengan conducted in-depth research on Weichai Lovol's production operations, technological innovation, and major project construction. At the Weichai Lovol high-power tractor factory and the construction site of the large harvesting machinery project, Man Shengan learned in detail about the project progress and construction situation. He pointed out that, while ensuring quality, it is necessary to seize the construction period and accelerate progress to ensure timely production and early results. With first-class equipment, first-class products, and first-class quality, Weichai Lovol should lead the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation in China's agricultural machinery industry and set a new benchmark for high-end agricultural machinery in the world.
At the Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture plant, Man Shengan visited the wheeled machine assembly workshop, testing and trial production center, prototype area, tractor factory, and Customer Service center, gaining a detailed understanding of smart manufacturing, technological innovation, and smart agriculture. He emphasized that Weichai Lovol, as one of the six business segments of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, should fully leverage the collaborative advantages of the large group, adhere to market seizing and order protection as the leading strategy, focus on innovation and talent gathering as the driving force, optimize layout and adjust structure as the direction, and enhance quality and efficiency while strengthening management as the foundation.
