3. Hazardous waste pollution prevention and control situation

The hazardous waste storage facility of Weichai (Anqiu) Material Forming Co., Ltd. is located on the west side of the factory area, covering an area of 50 square meters. It is constructed in accordance with the "Technical Policy for Hazardous Waste Pollution Prevention and Control", "Technical Specifications for Collection, Storage, and Transportation of Hazardous Waste" (HJ2025-2012), and "Standards for Pollution Control of Hazardous Waste Storage" (GB18597-2001) and its amendments, used for the temporary turnover storage of hazardous waste.

The hazardous waste stored in the hazardous waste storage facility mainly includes waste mineral oil, waste oil (ethylene glycol), waste activated carbon, etc., all of which are stored in sealed containers with low volatility.

The hazardous waste stored in the hazardous waste storage facility is in barrel packaging, and the storage facility is constructed with sealed brick walls. The entrance skirt is elevated above the ground, and the terrain is relatively high, minimizing the possibility of flooding or heavy rain. During the construction phase of the storage facility, it met the requirements of the "Standards for Pollution Control of Hazardous Waste Storage" (GB18597-2001) and its amendments, with the ground hardened and impermeable treatment applied, achieving a permeability of <10-10cm/s. A ground drainage system, explosion-proof lighting facilities, and separate storage for different hazardous wastes were set up as required. The storage facility meets the requirements of "windproof, rainproof, and sunproof", ensuring that the storage of solid waste does not impact the soil and groundwater.
