From August 20 to 22, 2020, the Changzhou Emergency Management Bureau held its annual training for safety production management personnel (including main responsible persons and safety management personnel, also known as "two personnel" training). The training for safety production management personnel is not only a requirement of safety production laws and regulations but also an important measure to strengthen safety production publicity and education, enhance the safety production awareness and management level of the company's main responsible persons and safety management personnel, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of various accidents.

The company's executive vice president Tan Ning, along with heads of relevant departments and 11 full-time and part-time safety officers, participated in this training.The training was conducted by lecturer Tan from the fire company, who provided detailed explanations on improving fire safety skills and correctly using fire-fighting equipment; Su Chang, the head of the inspection team of the Emergency Management Bureau, focused on explaining current safety situations, relevant laws and regulations, the main responsibilities of enterprises in safety production, safety hazard investigation, and accident investigation and handling to the trainees; Wang Fei, a full-time teacher from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, elaborated on knowledge related to enterprise occupational health management and the new safety law. After the training, the Changzhou Emergency Management Bureau conducted a unified closed-book examination, and all participants from our company passed the exam with scores above 90.

This training further enhanced the safety awareness, quality, and skills of the company's main responsible persons and safety management personnel, analyzed the key points of safety production laws, regulations, and policies, improved the level of enterprise safety management, and fully mobilized the initiative and proactivity of enterprises to enhance the intrinsic safety level and prevent various accidents, playing a positive role in effectively implementing the main responsibilities of enterprises and strictly preventing various accidents.分以上的成绩通过考试，并获得相应的合格证书。

此次培训进一步提高了公司主要负责人和安全管理人员安全思想意识、素质和技能，剖析了安全生产法律法规和政策的重点，提升了企业安全管理水平，充分调动了企业提高安全生产本质水平和防范各类事故的主动性、能动性，为有效落实企业主体责任、严防各类事故发生起到了积极的推动作用。
