At the exhibition site, Weichai showcased core products covering multiple technology routes, including a 53% high thermal efficiency diesel engine that meets Euro VII emission standards, the WP14T hybrid assembly, the WP15 flexible fuel internal combustion engine platform, and a 300kW hydrogen fuel cell power system, demonstrating Weichai's strong capabilities in both traditional and new energy power fields to the world.
The 53% high thermal efficiency diesel engine that meets Euro VII emission standards adopts various hardcore black technologies such as efficient combustion with low heat transfer, high-efficiency supercharging, ultra-high pressure fuel injection, low friction loss, and zoned lubrication, making it economical and energy-saving; it uses a modular design concept, with the H/T series engines being universal, and the commonality rate of parts exceeding 97%; the engine has been fully validated in the market, with low failure rates and high reliability, and a B10 life of up to 1.8 million kilometers.
The Weichai WP14T hybrid assembly features a dual planetary gear structure, multi-power coupling output, and eliminates the clutch, ensuring uninterrupted power during gear shifts; the dual motor braking recovery efficiency is higher, saving fuel by 25% under regulatory conditions; it intelligently switches working modes under different speeds and driving scenarios to ensure both power and economy.
The WP15 flexible fuel internal combustion engine platform is based on advanced design concepts, achieving multi-fuel direct injection solutions by changing only a few components and software controls; it employs a combination of multiple sensors for monitoring strategies to ensure reliable monitoring of combustion, exhaust, and crankcase; against the backdrop of carbon reduction, emissions fully comply with EU zero carbon standards.
The 300kW hydrogen fuel cell power system is mainly used in heavy-duty tractors for high-speed trunk long-distance transportation; it features high-precision active and passive hydrogen circulation wide-range flow supply technology, with maximum efficiency exceeding 63%; intelligent control and online health management, rigorous and comprehensive reliability verification, with a lifespan greater than 30,000 hours; technologies such as low-temperature self-heating of the stack and dynamic water thermal management, and intelligent sweeping strategies, allow for cold start temperatures of ≤-35℃.

The novel exterior design and high-end configuration of the Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile X6000 series attracted many visitors, as the culmination of domestic heavy truck manufacturing, the X6000 can reach up to 840 horsepower for tractors, setting a new record for power in Chinese heavy trucks, while the 630 horsepower gas vehicle boasts super fuel-saving capabilities, leading the industry and reflecting the strong value of the group's golden powertrain, creating a model of high-end quality in the industry.
The Yaxing C12E battery electric bus is specifically designed for urban trunk lines in Nordic regions, featuring a popular European square base design, electronic rearview mirrors, ISA and LAW electronic safety assurance systems, and the entire vehicle has passed EU certification.
