Shandong Heavy Industry Group Party Committee Member, Deputy General Manager, Weichai Group Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager Ma Changhai accompanied the research, and the main responsible persons of the European affiliated enterprises participated in the relevant activities.
From September 6 to 12, Man Shengan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited Germany and France to investigate Lind Hydraulic, Kion, Baudouin, and Ferretti, among other affiliated companies. He listened to the work reports of the senior management teams of each company, gained a detailed understanding of the operational quality and efficiency, product research and development, market expansion, and business collaboration, and had in-depth discussions with strategic partners such as Stefan Hartung, Chairman of the Board of Bosch Group, and Christian Levin, CEO of Traton Group. Liu Yun, Secretary of the Weifang Municipal Committee, participated in related activities of Kion.
Man Shengan first inspected the new factory of Lind Hydraulic in Germany and the Kion Group's Lind Material Handling Experience Center, researching the development of high-end hydraulic and intelligent logistics businesses. At Kion Group, he held discussions with the Kion senior management team, attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation memorandum between Kion Group and Linglong Tire, and Chenming Group, and unveiled the China National Heavy Duty Truck Europe R&D Center.
During his visit to France, Man Shengan successively visited Baudouin and the Cannes Yacht Show, engaging in discussions with the senior management teams of Baudouin and Ferretti to gain an in-depth understanding of the development of large-bore high-end engines and yacht businesses. Man Shengan comprehensively inspected Baudouin's high-speed boat power system solutions, high-end silent units, and the latest yacht products from various Ferretti brands exhibited at the Cannes Yacht Show, and participated in the global debut sea trial of a new boat model from Ferretti.
During the research period, Man Shengan also presided over the Shandong Heavy Industry European Enterprises Chinese Representative Symposium, listening to work reports from affiliated companies such as Kion Germany, Lind Hydraulic, Odes, and Austria's Weidys, as well as overseas R&D institutions like Weichai Hydraulic Transmission Innovation Center and Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture Innovation Center, and trade platforms like Shantui Belgium and Zhongtong Germany. He made arrangements to further promote the strengthening, optimization, and expansion of the group's European business.
Man Shengan pointed out that doing well in the European business is an important fulcrum for Shandong Heavy Industry to advance its globalization strategy and a necessary requirement for building a world-class enterprise. Currently, Shandong Heavy Industry has formed a "three-in-one" layout of overseas industry, technological innovation, and product export in Europe, with a large business scale, high technological content, strong brand strength, and good development momentum, creating a model for win-win cooperation between Chinese and European enterprises, and has won high recognition from local governments and all sectors of society.

During his time in Germany, Man Shengan visited Shandong Heavy Industry's global strategic partners Bosch Group and Traton Group, engaging in in-depth discussions on further deepening cooperation in the innovation chain and supply chain of the entire vehicle, power systems, new energy, and intelligent connected industries, reaching numerous consensuses. China National Heavy Duty Truck also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bosch Group.
Ma Changhai, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of Weichai Group, accompanied the research, and the main responsible persons of European affiliated enterprises participated in related activities.
