Project Name: Crane Maintenance Service for Changzhou FRP Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

2. Project Service Location: No. 100, Xinfuxu, Xinhua Village Committee, Weicun Street, Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

3. Contract Duration: From June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.

4. Project Content:

Our company requires that each special equipment be maintained once a month, and the maintenance unit must notify our company one day in advance.
During maintenance, any faults or hidden dangers must be identified and eliminated to minimize unexpected failures that may affect production. After maintenance, both parties' relevant personnel will jointly accept the work.
In addition to regular maintenance, the maintenance unit must also handle any unexpected faults of our company's lifting machinery.

5. Requirements for the Maintenance Unit

1. The maintenance unit must have the qualifications for manufacturing and maintaining lifting equipment and provide our company with copies of relevant qualification certificates.

2. During the performance of maintenance services, all personal safety during maintenance services is the responsibility of the maintenance unit, and our company bears no responsibility.

3. Maintenance personnel must comply with all rules and regulations of our company.

4. If replacement of parts is required during maintenance and emergency repairs, the maintenance unit must inform our company of the name, model, price, labor, and cycle of the parts to be replaced, and may only proceed with the replacement after obtaining our company's permission. Special items (such as wire ropes, wheels, etc.) must provide a certificate of conformity. All replaced parts have a warranty period of one year.

5. After each maintenance, the maintenance unit's service personnel must fill out the "Special Equipment Regular Maintenance Record" and have it signed by our company's equipment administrator or operator to Confirm.

6. Parts purchased by the maintenance unit must be installed within two days, except in special circumstances. For unexpected faults, the maintenance unit must arrive on-site within three hours and resolve the fault on the same day. Any accidents occurring during our company's use due to improper maintenance will be the responsibility of the maintenance unit.

7. The maintenance unit must provide written materials for lifting machinery that requires major repairs.

8. The maintenance unit must regularly maintain all lifting equipment and sluice gates every month and submit the maintenance records to our company for safekeeping.

9. The maintenance unit must provide detailed service content, prices, and tax rates corresponding to our company's specific equipment.

6. Payment Method:

① Payment for replacement parts is made every six months, and a 13% VAT invoice must be issued.

② Maintenance fees are settled once a year, and a 13% VAT invoice must be issued.
