3月5日,是学雷锋纪念日,也是中国青年志愿者服务日。为了引导团员继承优良传统,弘扬志愿服务精神。常玻团组织组织开展了“学雷锋服务行动”的活动。倡议发出后,团员积极响应。以王凯祥、魏强、贡银龙、陈巍、刘畅、周隽隽、赵远、潘杰8人为代表,对我司食堂一楼餐具摆放处进行打扫清理。过程中打扫人员认真负责,努力达成给公司全体员工一个干净整洁的餐具摆放空间的心愿。3月是雷锋月,希望以此为契机,增强组织成员的志愿

There are six influencing factors regarding quality: people, machines, materials, methods, environment, and measurement. Among these, the factor of people is paramount because quality is controlled by people: regardless of the situation and conditions, the human factor is the most important. People are the main body managing the machines, and it is people who determine quality, not machines. In fact, we all know that quality is produced by each of our employees, not just checked by quality inspectors! Therefore, improving our own work quality and instilling product quality into the hearts of every employee is the fundamental way to solve the problem. Strictly control quality, starting from now, starting from myself.

关于质量有六个方面的影响因素:人、机、料、法、环、测。而人的因素首当其冲,因为质量是人控制的:不管在什么情况和条件下,人的因素是第一位的,人是管理机器的主体,人决定质量,而非机器决定质量。实际上,我们都知道,质量是我们每一个职工制造出来的,而不是质量员检查出来的!因此提高自身的工作素质,把产品质量深入到每个职工的心中才是从根本上解决问题。严把质量关,从现在做起,从我做起。

In safety management work, we often leave a bit of "tolerance" for some issues in actual work.
