In order to strengthen physical health, reduce work pressure, and enhance team cohesion, the company held a New Year's Day event on December 30, 2019. After brainstorming and gathering suggestions from everyone, including the Youth League Committee, the labor union, and relevant personnel, the final activities were determined. These included team competitions such as tug-of-war and relay races, as well as fun activities like foot pressure boards, ball carrying races, and hitting the bullseye. Following the principle of friendship first and competition second, all departments eagerly signed up as soon as they received the notice.

On December 30, 2018, the annual summary and commendation conference for 2018 was held in the training classroom on the fifth floor of the company. Attendees included company leaders, middle-level cadres, management personnel, and team leaders from the branch factory, totaling more than 80 participants. The conference was hosted by the company's deputy general manager, Ouyang Weidong.

On March 16, 2018, our company signed a construction contract for the "Hydrological No. 1" fiberglass patrol boat with the Hong Kong Marine Department in Hong Kong.
