On August 15-16, Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, successively visited Qingdao and Linyi for research, discussed cooperation matters with Shandong Port Group, visited the first secretary stationed in Yinan County sent by the group, and conducted research at the affiliated enterprises.

On the 15th, Ye Jianjun led a team to hold discussions at Shandong Port, where both parties conducted in-depth and detailed exchanges on aspects such as product collaboration for overseas markets, technological innovation, and smart port construction, exploring new models and opportunities for business cooperation. Both sides expressed the need to deepen strategic cooperation and strive to be a model for collaborative cooperation among provincial state-owned enterprises. Before the meeting, Ye Jianjun visited the intelligent manufacturing factory of Leiwo Heavy Industry's excavators, Weichai (Qingdao) Technology Research Institute, and Weichai (Qingdao) High-end Marine Equipment Manufacturing Center for research.
On the morning of the 16th, Ye Jianjun visited the first secretary stationed by Shandong Heavy Industry in Xinjie Town, Yinan County, researched the grasshopper breeding project led by the Party branch of Fengtou Village, and the improvement of infrastructure in the stationed village, stating that Shandong Heavy Industry will fully support the work of the first secretary to assist rural revitalization. He required that the first secretary should be down-to-earth and practical. They should focus on party building, play a leading role as a model for party members; focus on increasing income, keep a firm grip on industrial revitalization to ensure farmers' income and village collective income increase; and focus on village culture, continuously carry out the joint construction action to enhance the level of spiritual civilization in the village.
On the afternoon of the 16th, Ye Jianjun visited Shandong Heavy Machinery for research on grassroots party building and production operations, giving full affirmation. He emphasized the need to adhere to talent as the foundation, strengthen talent introduction, training, and retention, and enhance employees' sense of belonging; adhere to management as the key, address shortcomings and leverage strengths, creating an atmosphere of passion for work; adhere to party building as the soul, deeply integrate with business, closely combine with mass organizations, and form its own characteristics.
