On October 17, Man Shengan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, met with Chen Boyang, Chairman of Vietnam's Changhai Group, in Jinan. Both sides had in-depth discussions on further deepening comprehensive strategic cooperation. Wang Zhijian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Group, and Zhang Gengsheng, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager, participated in the talks.

The six major business sectors are generally showing a stable, healthy, and positive development trend, ranking among the top in the global and national industries. In recent years, Changhai Group has made significant progress, has a high brand reputation in Vietnam, and is an important partner for Shandong Heavy Industry in deeply cultivating the Southeast Asian market. It is hoped that both sides will focus on the present and look to the long term, aim for big goals, expand new spaces, and achieve great cooperation, elevating strategic cooperation to a new realm, new level, and new stage, establishing a stable, long-term, and sustainable partnership in a win-win situation.
Chen Boyang introduced the business development and cooperation situation of Changhai Group. He stated that Shandong Heavy Industry is not only a leading enterprise in China's equipment manufacturing but also an internationally renowned multinational group in equipment manufacturing. Changhai Group is one of the leaders in Vietnam's automotive industry, with six major sectors: automotive, agriculture, components, logistics, real estate, and service trade. Changhai Group has established a good foundation and deep friendship with Shandong Heavy Industry through long-term cooperation. Both sides have broad cooperation prospects, and we will promote cooperation in more fields to jointly explore the rapidly growing Vietnamese market.
