Ma Changhai requested that the connotation and significance of the "Three Emphasis" clean culture system be deeply explored, tailored to local conditions, highlighted features, focused on key points, and promoted systematically, so that the clean culture permeates from the "fingertips" to the "hearts" of every employee, creating a good atmosphere where "everyone learns integrity, everyone thinks about integrity, and everyone promotes integrity." At the meeting, Yang Xuesen, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Weichai Group, conveyed the spirit of the mobilization and deployment meeting for the construction of clean state-owned enterprises in Shandong Province and the mobilization meeting for the construction of the "Emphasizing Virtue, Diligence, and Integrity" clean culture of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and announced the Weichai Group Party Committee's "Work Plan for the Construction of the 'Emphasizing Virtue, Diligence, and Integrity' Clean Culture."
