On March 16, 2018, our company signed a construction contract for the "Hydrological No. 1" fiberglass patrol boat with the Hong Kong Marine Department in Hong Kong. Relevant leaders from the Hong Kong Marine Department's New Vessel Group and Hydrographic Survey Department attended the signing ceremony.

On March 16, 2018, our company signed a construction contract for the "Hydrographic No. 1" fiberglass patrol boat with the Hong Kong Marine Department in Hong Kong. Relevant leaders from the new ship group and the hydrographic survey department of the Hong Kong Marine Department attended the signing ceremony.

This is the fifth cooperation between our company and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government since 2015. Our company has successfully delivered 4 vessels to the Hong Kong SAR government, including 2 high-speed shallow water patrol boats for the Hong Kong Customs and 2 catamaran patrol boats for the Marine Department. This year, the company will continue to deliver 5 patrol boats.

The "Hydrographic No. 1" is 15 meters long and adopts a monohull design. In terms of the power system, it is equipped with two diesel engines, designed to reach a maximum speed of 18 knots, and allows the vessel to operate at low speeds for extended periods to facilitate hydrographic survey work. The vessel is equipped with advanced hydrographic measurement instruments, including single-beam echo sounders, multi-beam echo sounders, attitude sensors, sound velocity profilers, and differential global navigation satellite system receivers. The configuration of these high-performance instruments provides a solid foundation for the hydrographic survey department to collect accurate hydrographic data.

The "Hydrographic No. 1" will enhance the hydrographic survey services of the Hong Kong Marine Department and meet the future needs of the shipping industry in navigation information technology. It is a representative hydrographic survey vessel of the Hong Kong SAR government and further strengthens the close cooperative relationship between our company and the Hong Kong Marine Department.
