This September marks the 47th National "Quality Month". Recently, with advanced quality management experience and rich quality achievements, Weichai has been frequently recognized, winning a series of heavyweight quality awards both internationally and domestically, fully demonstrating Weichai's strong capabilities in quality construction.
On September 20-21, the 9th Asian Quality Function Deployment and Innovation Seminar and Quality Improvement and Innovation Case Competition was held in Hangzhou, with 532 projects from various Asian countries participating in the preliminary selection, and 283 projects making it to the finals. Three QC quality management teams from Weichai stood out, winning 2 first prizes and 1 second prize in the Asian Quality Improvement Case.
From September 23 to 25, the 43rd Mass Quality Management Achievements and Quality Brand Story Exchange Event in the Machinery Industry, jointly organized by the China Machinery Industry Quality Management Association and other units, was held. More than 350 QC achievements participated in the exchange, along with over 170 quality trustworthy team achievements. Weichai won 10 first prizes for quality trustworthy teams, 9 first prizes for QC group activity achievements, and 1 second prize.
From September 25 to 26, the China Quality Association held the 46th National Quality Management Group Representative Meeting and the National Quality Trustworthy Team Construction Typical Experience Exchange Conference. After multiple selections, Weichai received 2 of the first batch of national five-star teams and 4 four-star teams.
From September 26 to 27, at the 2024 China Quality Innovation and Quality Improvement Achievements Presentation and Exchange Series Event, jointly organized by the China Quality Association and "China Quality" magazine, Weichai, with its professional and rigorous achievement reports and advanced 5S management improvement level, won 3 demonstration-level 5S management improvement awards and 1 professional-level award.
