I. Bidding Costs

II. Bidders' Requirements
1. No penalties for illegal, irregular, or disciplinary actions in the past three years.
2. Not listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, major tax violation case parties, or serious dishonesty in government procurement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn).
III. Bidding Content
The services included in this bidding include:
1. Types of Tea
The main types of tea in this bidding include green tea, black tea, etc. Suppliers can choose to participate in one or more types of tea bidding based on their advantages and product characteristics, but must provide relevant product samples for evaluation.
2. Quality Requirements
Suppliers must ensure that the tea products provided meet the following quality standards:
(1) Freshness: The tea should be freshly picked new tea of the current year.
(2) Appearance Quality: The tea should be neat, complete, free from mold, impurities, and off-flavors.
(3) Aroma and Flavor: The tea should have a unique aroma and taste, without any off-flavors.
(4) Tea Soup Color: The color of the tea after brewing should be clear and bright, consistent with the indicated type of tea.
(5) Drinking Experience: The taste of the tea should be mellow and rich, with a lasting aftertaste.
3. Supply Capacity
Suppliers must ensure that they can provide tea products on time and in quantity, and guarantee the safety and integrity of the goods.
4. Delivery Requirements
Suppliers should arrange the delivery time and location of the goods according to the buyer's requirements and ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain. During delivery, transportation guarantees should be provided to prevent damage to the quality of the tea during transportation.
5. Price and Payment Method
Suppliers should clearly state the types of tea, prices (including unit price, total amount, and possible discounts, etc.), and packaging (prices should be listed separately) in the quotation.
Payment Method: Payment should be completed within three months after receiving the invoice.
IV. Bidding Materials
1. Supplier Qualifications
Suppliers must provide company registration certificates, production licenses, and other relevant documents to prove their legal operation and the reliability of product quality.
2. Product Samples
Suppliers should provide samples of no less than 2 types of tea. Each type of tea sample should be no less than 100g. Samples should indicate the type of tea, origin, and production date.
3. Quotation
Suppliers should provide a detailed quotation, listing the types of tea, unit prices, total prices, discounts (if any), shipping costs, taxes, etc.
V. Submission Requirements for Bidding Documents
Number of Copies Required: One.
Sealing Requirements: Bidding documents must be sent in an encrypted electronic compressed package to the designated bidding email.
Special Reminder: The price for this bidding is the final quotation. All content in the quotation must be printed electronically, handwritten or altered is not allowed, and all pages must be stamped with a red seal! A seal must be affixed across the seam.
VI. Opening, Evaluation, and Determination of Bids
(1) The bidding unit organizes the opening and evaluation of bids in the case of notifying the bidders.
(2) The buyer will taste and evaluate the tea samples provided by the supplier, considering aspects such as appearance, aroma, soup color, taste, and aftertaste.
(3) The bidding unit will inquire about the password for the bidding documents on-site and conduct the opening of bids on-site.
(4) The evaluation work follows the principles of fairness, equity, science, and selecting the best at a low price.
(5) Method of bid opening: on-site bid opening, on-site evaluation, on-site determination.
(6) Within the validity period of the bidding documents, the bidder will be notified via email at the designated email address cbzc@cbboat.com that their bid has been accepted, and a bid notification letter will be issued. The contract agreement should be signed within ten days after the bidder is notified of winning the bid. Otherwise, the bidder has the right to invalidate the issued bid notification letter and select another winning unit.
