Fire Emergency Drill

On May 10, 2019, at 4:00 PM, the company conducted a fire emergency drill on the south side of the rainwater pump room. The purpose was to conduct fire drills for new employees who had not undergone strict fire safety knowledge education and training, as well as some old employees. Through this drill, in addition to improving the emergency response and self-rescue capabilities of all personnel at the work site, it also aimed to enhance safety awareness and a sense of responsibility.

The Youth League branch carries out "Learn from Lei Feng" volunteer activities.

March 5th is the Memorial Day for Learning from Lei Feng, as well as the Chinese Youth Volunteer Service Day. In order to guide the members to inherit the fine traditions and promote the spirit of volunteer service, the Changbo Youth League organization carried out the "Learn from Lei Feng Service Action" activity. After the initiative was issued, the members responded actively. Represented by Wang Kaixiang, Wei Qiang, Gong Yinlong, Chen Wei, Liu Chang, Zhou Junjun, Zhao Yuan, and Pan Jie, they cleaned and tidied up the tableware placement area on the first floor of our company cafeteria. During the process, the cleaning personnel were serious and responsible, striving to achieve the wish of providing a clean and tidy tableware placement space for all employees of the company. March is Lei Feng Month, and it is hoped that this will serve as an opportunity to enhance the volunteer spirit among the organization members.

3月5日，是学雷锋纪念日，也是中国青年志愿者服务日。为了引导团员继承优良传统，弘扬志愿服务精神。常玻团组织组织开展了“学雷锋服务行动”的活动。倡议发出后，团员积极响应。以王凯祥、魏强、贡银龙、陈巍、刘畅、周隽隽、赵远、潘杰8人为代表，对我司食堂一楼餐具摆放处进行打扫清理。过程中打扫人员认真负责，努力达成给公司全体员工一个干净整洁的餐具摆放空间的心愿。3月是雷锋月，希望以此为契机，增强组织成员的志愿

There are six influencing factors regarding quality: people, machines, materials, methods, environment, and measurement. Among these, the factor of people is paramount because quality is controlled by people: regardless of the situation and conditions, the human factor is the most important. People are the main body managing the machines, and it is people who determine quality, not machines. In fact, we all know that quality is produced by each of our employees, not just checked by quality inspectors! Therefore, improving our own work quality and instilling product quality into the hearts of every employee is the fundamental way to solve the problem.
