1. Graduated from marine engineering/engine engineering/ship electrical/welding majors;

2. Have certain professional knowledge of ship (glass reinforced plastic/steel/aluminum) construction;

3. Familiar with ship construction and inspection procedures;

4. Familiar with shipbuilding regulations and standards, and be able to adhere to inspections according to standards;

5. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in quality inspection departments;

6. Serious and responsible for the work, strong communication and coordination skills, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and have the spirit of teamwork;

7. Able to analyze and solve problems independently, and have strong psychological endurance.
