This boat is mainly used in the coastal area, mainly for daily law enforcement and patrol. This boat is a single, angle and drainage hull type, double diesel engines and double propellers propulsion system, the main hull and superstructure are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with vacuum resin process for one-time molding. There are three bulkheads in the main hull of the boat. The hull is divided into 4 compartments from bow to aft that are the fore peak, the crew compartment (the wheelhouse is above),the engine room, the rudder cabin, and the fore and stern are all equipped with open door patrol deck. Five sets of this boat have been supplied to HKMD and HK Fisheries Dep. already. |
