On August 20-22, 2020, the Changzhou Emergency Management Bureau held an annual safety production management personnel training (including the main person in charge and safety management personnel, also known as "two personnel" training). The training of work safety management personnel is not only a requirement of work safety laws and regulations, but also an important measure to strengthen work safety publicity and education, improve the company’s main responsible persons and safety management personnel’s work safety awareness and management level, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of various accidents.

The company's executive deputy general manager Tan Ning, along with the heads of related departments and 11 full-time and part-time security personnel, participated in the training.

The training was conducted by the fire company’s lecturer on improving the professional skills of firefighting and the correct use of fire-fighting equipment; Su Chang, head of the supervision detachment of the Emergency Management Bureau, focused on the current safety situation, relevant laws and regulations, and the main responsibility of the company’s production safety. , Safety hazard investigation and accident investigation and handling; Faye Wong, a full-time teacher of Jiangsu Institute of Technology, explained his knowledge of occupational health management and the new security law. After the training, the Changzhou Emergency Management Bureau conducted a unified closed-book examination. All the trainees of our company passed the examination with a score of more than 90 points and obtained the corresponding certificate.

The training has further improved the safety ideology, quality and skills of the company’s main persons in charge and safety management personnel, analyzed the key points of safety production laws, regulations and policies, improved the safety management level of the company, and fully mobilized the company to improve the essential level and level of safety production.
