I. Bidding Costs

II. Bidders' Requirements
1. Bidders must be legally established vehicle maintenance points within the People's Republic of China.
2. No penalties for illegal, irregular, or disciplinary actions in the past three years.
3. Not listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, major tax violation case parties, or serious dishonesty in government procurement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn).
III. Bidding Content
The scope of this bidding includes:
1. Maintenance Scope
Including daily maintenance, servicing, and emergency fault handling services for vehicles.
2. Maintenance Types
Including complete vehicle maintenance including various onboard equipment.
3. Maintenance Location
Within Changzhou City.
4. Maintenance Vehicles
Various official vehicles within the company's applicable scope.
5. Price and Payment Method
Suppliers should clearly state the vehicle maintenance prices in the quotation (including unit price, total amount, and possible discounts, etc.).
Payment Method: Payment to be completed within two months after receiving the invoice.
IV. Bidding Materials
1. Supplier Qualifications
(1) Possess relevant qualifications and licenses for maintenance services;
(2) Have rich experience in vehicle maintenance;
(3) Have a professional technical team and maintenance equipment;
(4) Have a good service reputation and word of mouth.
2. Technical Requirements
(1) Able to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance services, including mechanical, electronic, and body issues;
(2) Familiar with troubleshooting methods and maintenance processes for various vehicles;
(3) Skilled in efficiently resolving emergency faults to ensure vehicles can be restored to operation in a timely manner;
(4) Operate strictly in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations to ensure that the maintenance process does not damage the original functions and performance of the vehicle.
3. Service Requirements
(1) Provide a regular maintenance plan to ensure vehicles are maintained on time;
(2) Quickly respond to emergency repair requests to ensure normal business operations of the company;
(3) Provide complete maintenance records for the company to monitor and analyze maintenance situations;
(4) Provide reasonable maintenance costs and expense summary reports to ensure cost transparency.
4. Quotation
Suppliers should provide a detailed quotation, listing the types, unit prices, total prices, discounts (if any), taxes, etc. for various vehicle maintenance categories.
V. Submission Requirements for Bidding Documents
Number of Copies Required: One.
Sealing Requirements: Bidding documents must be sent in an encrypted electronic compressed package to the designated bidding email.
Special Reminder: The bidding price this time is the final quotation. All content of the quotation must be printed electronically, handwritten content is not allowed, no alterations are allowed, and all pages must be stamped with a red seal! A seal must be affixed across the seam.
VI. Opening, Evaluation, and Determination of Bids
(1) The bidding unit organizes the opening and evaluation without notifying the bidders.
(2) The bidding unit inquires about the password for the bidding documents on-site, and the opening of bids is conducted on-site.
(3) The bid evaluation work follows the principles of fairness, equity, science, and selecting the lowest price.
(4) Method of bid opening: on-site bid opening, on-site bid evaluation, on-site bid determination.
(5) Within the validity period of the bidding documents, the bidder will be notified via email at the designated email address cbzc@cbboat.com that their bid has been accepted, and a notice of award will be issued. The contract agreement should be signed within ten days after the bidder is notified of the award. Otherwise, the bidding unit has the right to invalidate the issued notice of award and select another winning unit.
